General care in central Brighton, 22 hours a week

I have disability and mobility problems, I need a PA to help me in a 3 bedroom flat; vegetable cooking, cleaning and some personal care, put shopping away and mostly house keeping chores.

Will appreciate if you have experience, full training will be given. Need someone for 22hrs a week, Monday to Friday.
