General household tasks and getting out and about

Hello, my current PA is leaving 26th May. I'm looking for new PA ideally to start on 28th May.

To help with cooking, cleaning, making my bed and my children's beds, taking me to appointments, going for tea and coffees and going out shopping.
I go to the MS centre weekly, and some weeks twice.

I have Multiple Sclerosis and diabetes type 1, Insulin dependent. I have some anxiety.

I'm looking for someone who is down to earth, good sense of humour, kind , patient and understanding, who likes children .
