LOCAL PA REQUIRED FOR FRIENDLY MALE – GUARANTEED AND FLEXIBLE HOURS

Local PA required to assist with general chores such as cleaning, laundry and assistance in receiving grocery deliveries, along with occasional visits to medical appointments. Hours can be flexible with the only fixed day/time needed to do the laundry as the communal facility needs to be reserved. Hours will be completely flexible but a guaranteed minimum of 4 hours per week. This will often be more; up to 8 hours per week depending on circumstances. Minimum payment per visit 2 hours. I will supply all cleaning materials and supplies. There may also be additional hours available if there are medical trips. The space is a compact self-contained studio and I am easy going and will offer very competitive rates to the right person. Local person would be preferable.
