Second PA to help my dad caring for my mum who has dementia 2 hrs 4 or 5 afternoons per week (flexibility possible)

I am looking for someone to help out supporting my 89 year old Mum who has dementia. She is living at home with my dad who is her main carer, we need a second PA for afternoons 4 or 5 days a week and to cover when the other PA is unavailable.

My mum is mobile with a walking frame but needs support to have confidence to walk. Duties would include helping her mobilise and encouraging her to do some gentle exercises. She has issues with urinary and bowel incontinence so needs help toileting.

Mum is a retired languages teacher and teacher trainer. She was also an accomplished classical singer and artist so someone who might do a bit of singing with mum and encouraging her to draw, would be an amazing extra.

My parents live on the Upper Drive and have off street parking. We are ideally looking for someone who can commit to 4 or 5 days, a week for 2 hours in the afternoons. Our existing PA works mornings, and ability to cover for holidays or sickness would be a benefit.

Role to include:
Encouraging mum to be mobile in the home
Encouragement to do some gentle exercises
Personal toileting care. Washing
helping with some cleaning as required in particular toilets and bathroom.
Assistance with clothes washing (my dad might need support with this although at the moment he is managing).
