General assistance and days out

Urgently offering 2 positions near Seven Dials, with the promise of additional hours as/when needed.

Position 1: 15 hours per week, driving licence is needed for the role due to tasks involved.

Position 2: 10 hours per week, driving licence is preferred but not compulsory for these shifts.

The direct payment rate set by the council is £11.85 for employed and £12.50 for self-employed PA’s, and employment references are required. relevant experience would be great but all it really needs is a proactive attitude and caring nature!😊

The client is myself, a disabled neurodivergent woman in my mid 20’s - navigating life post-covid, trying to find balance between maintaining independence and managing chronic illness symptoms / flares. I enjoy watching football games and visiting Brighton beach, and cuddling with my cat.

Some examples of tasks include:
- Food preparation: assistance with preparing + cooking veggie/vegan meals.
- Domestic tasks: maintaining a clean environment, laundry, and light pet care.
- Personal care: assistance with a few aspects of personal care when needed, such as showering or hair care.
- Administration: medical and life admin tasks, including email and telephone.
- Driving my car: driving to appointments, errands, and accessing the community.
- Days out: helping me to access the community, and find things I enjoy.
- Mobility assistance: assembling and dismantling my wheelchair to go in my car, pushing me in the manual chair if my electric attachment is being repaired.
