Ad Hoc/Emergency Cover with Artist in 7 Dials

Hi my name is Wendy-Ann, I’m an artist and writer.

One of my PAs is in the early first trimester of pregnancy, and currently experiencing a lot of morning sickness which sometimes lasts all day. So I’m looking for people who would be up for being part of a WhatsApp style group chat, to pick up emergency cover if she’s unable to attend. Posts about cover would go up by 9am on the morning of the shift.

You will need to potentially be available on one or some of the following days. Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays.

I will also be looking for cover for her pre-scheduled pregnancy related medical appointments. There will be more notice time given of these.

I live near St Anne’s Well Gardens and shifts are usually 3 hours long, 12-3pm; though ad hoc ones could be shorter and at different times to fit in with your existing clients or work.

Pay is £12.21 for employees and £14.16 for self-employed PAs.

The role here involves quite a lot of cooking (vegan or pescatarian plus some food intolerances to be navigated), along with shopping, cleaning and occasionally taking me out. A car would be a real asset but for emergency cover it’s not essential.

You will need to be able to provide the contact details of two references, and a copy of your valid DBS certificate in order to qualify for this role. Once those have cleared, I will add you to the group chat and away we go!

PLEASE NOTE that I am immune compromised and shielding from Covid. This means you will need to do a test before you attend a shift and wear a face mask whilst you’re here. I provide all PPE.
