Artistic activist looking for a PA in central Brighton

Hi, my name is Anoushka and I am 27 years old. I live close to Brighton station. I enjoy creating with lots of different mediums and in my spare time I like to support my community where I can. I currently don't work but I did do social work before. I live in a house with three other people. I am a neurodiverse, queer person of colour and my identity is very important to me. I am diagnosed with ADHD and autism, depression anxiety, endometriosis, hypermobility spectrum disorder, keratoconus, eczema, asthma, topical steroid withdrawal, chronic fatigue, and POTs.

The job role will involve the following tasks-
* Meal Preparation - support to help maintain regular nutrition, including preparing simple meals such as scrambled eggs on toast, and batch cooking
* Shopping - assistance with organising/putting away food shopping.
* Personal Hygiene - support with bathing/showering, safe transfers and maintaining hygiene routines, particularly on days when dizziness, fatigue or reduced mood impact functioning.
* Dressing - support with dressing routines and safe access to appropriate clothing when fatigue, pain or motivation make this difficult.
* Laundry and Bedding Changes - assistance with laundry and bedding changes, especially due to difficulties accessing the basement laundry area and the need for regular bedding changes to manage skin conditions. Ensuring all pockets are checked and labels are checked before things go in to make sure of the right wash settings. Only bed and linen and towels are tumble dried.
* Domestic - support to maintaining a safe and habitable home environment, including light domestic tasks, organisation and support to manage overwhelm on days of reduced functioning. Tidying room, sort rubbish and recycling and take it to the communal street bins, water plants, fill water jug
* Paperwork and Correspondence - Ad‑hoc support with paperwork and correspondence, particularly during periods of low mood, fatigue or cognitive overwhelm.
* Support to Access the Community - support to safely get wheelchair in and out of the property, attending leisure activities, and building confidence travelling further afield.

Other helpful information-
I have food and environmental allergies, which will need to be treated carefully.
I am happy to be flexible about how hours are distributed throughout the week and this is something we can figure out together. My preference would be to have the 12 hours spread out over three or four days. I have a prescription for medical cannabis, so would want you to be comfortable with me using it.
