AuDHD adult with chronic pain seeking lovely PA!

I’m an Autistic/ADHD adult with chronic pain conditions looking for a reliable PA to support me with daily life.

Tasks may include:
* Meal prep planning and cooking (vegan)
* Attending medical appointments with me, taking notes, advocating if I can’t communicate
* Medical admin: organising paperwork, preparing questions for appointments, collecting medication
* Running errands, attending appointments and helping me access community
* Support with admin, phone calls and forms
* Supporting me to build a routine and gently encouraging new activities that enrich my life
* Some laundry, changing bedding and light cleaning

About you:

* You're confident in the kitchen and happy to cook healthy vegan meals that align with my dietary needs
* You’re proactive and naturally helpful.
* You’re reliable and able to be flexible with your working hours if I need accompanying to appointments
* You’re organised, efficient and great with admin
* You’re gentle, caring, patient and non-judgmental and have some understanding of neurodivergence and dynamic disability

Hours & Pay
* 10 hours a week, split over Tuesdays & either Fridays or Saturdays with some flexibility for appointments
* £13.90ph paid via possibility people
