Looking for a PA / 4 hours pw

I am looking a for personal assistant. I am 52 and gay. I do smoke and have animals. I need someone to get me out more as suffer with bad anxiety, ADHD, autism, depression and essential tremor damage to the spine. I also need help with making appointments and going with me. I very bubbly, chilled and I have a carer.
