PA for disabled writer of musical theatre

I am looking to hire a new administrative Personal Assistant for 6hr per week split over two days, Tuesday & Friday, at my home on Queens Park Road.
Ideally this would be 1pm - 4pm on those days but this can be discussed at interview (e.g. 2pm - 5pm could also work).
This is a PAYE role through Possability People, paying £15ph.
The role I have available is largely administrative/ organisation based. I had a stroke in 2013, from which I have recovered fairly well. My mobility has been impacted, but that isn't something I require help with - other than getting my shoes on and off sometimes, coming with me for a walk to the local café, and occasionally helping me get into taxis for medical appointments. I require no personal care.
As a result of the stroke, I do struggle with organisational tasks & the use of my laptop. The job will largely be typing based, typing up my pieces as I dictate to you. This means that one of the most important skills you must hold is an excellent understanding of the English language & an ability to type as I speak. It's a very relaxed environment, there will be time for you to check over your typing so it doesn't need to be perfect immediately, but you must have the skills to ensure that the pieces you type up are free from errors.
Other elements of the job include but are not limited to: friendly chitchat, ordering online, checking emails, writing applications, tidying desk drawers, popping to the pharmacy for me, accompanying me to events, etc.
