PA needed for 8 year old neurodivergent boy.

We are looking for a PA to support our 8 year old son for approximately 5 hours a week at weekends and/or after school, funded via direct payments.
R is autistic and likely also has ADHD. There is never a dull moment with R and we are looking for a PA that can embrace a bit of chaos. R has a huge capacity for fun, and enjoys physical activities as he is very sensory seeking. He adores being in water and so would love to be able to go swimming more. He is very into gaming, particularly Roblox games that include his special interests – currently emergency services/vehicles, Germany and Buckingham Palace. He likes to talk about his interests, so someone who can talk games etc with him would be great.
R will need close but discrete supervision as he likes his freedom - he is a big fan of rules, but also of breaking them. He is a very charismatic and enjoyable to spend time with. When he gets anxious, this can come out as increased physicality and some quite colourful language, so anyone working with him needs to be understanding of this and not easily offended. If he knows the plans and what will be happening he manages well but it is important that a PA would feel confident with supporting him if he did become dysregulated. Personal care is not normally needed, but may be on the odd occasion. DBS check required, car driver preferable and R has a Blue Badge.
