PA needed to support 35yr old with home & life admin (4hrs p/w)

Hello :)
My name is Naomi. I’m a 35 yr old woman, living in central Brighton (near The Level) with my dog and two cats.
I enjoy nature, and being cosy.

I have M.E, diagnosed in my early 20s, which fluctuates but does have an impact on my day to day life, at varying degrees. I have learnt to manage it as best I can, by not pushing myself too hard, but this does mean that I struggle to keep up with things around the home, and with running errands. This is why I’m seeking a new P.A.
I worked with my previous (wonderful!) P.A for a year, which had a huge positive impact, but she unfortunately had to step down as she was returning to education. She was a super kind, empathetic person, who was great at problem solving, so I’m hoping to find someone with those qualities again.
It’s also really important that you have an understanding of M.E and hidden disabilities :)
There may be days I can manage a little more, and some days I can’t make it out of bed - I’m learning every day how to still feel deserving of help on my ‘good’ days.
Also, I have autism, so I love information and straight forward communication.

Important - I have two cats (who you probably won’t see for some time - they’re verrrry shy) and a little corgi (who you will definitely see - she’s an attention seeker, haha), so you must be comfortable around animals.
I will never ask you to clean the litter tray, or anything like that, but there may be the odd day I might ask you to walk my dog around the communal garden, if you’re comfortable with that.

The job -
I am looking for someone to work 4 hours a week. This will be split as 2 hours one day, and 2 hours another.
Ideally, Monday whilst I’m home, so we can go through any life admin type stuff. And Friday, any time, whilst I’m out with my dog (so she’s out of the way, haha), when you could please action any home stuff (such as helping me stay on top of the washing up, hoovering, putting clean bedding on).
Please note - I will never ask for help with personal care.
It is preferable if you can drive, and have your own car, but for the right candidate this won’t be a dealbreaker.

Common tasks:
- Washing up.
- Taking returns to the post office (closest are Lewes Road and London Road).
- Small food shops to grab essentials/ picking up click and collect food shops when the order is bigger.
- Taking returns to shops on Western Road.
- Occasional laundrette runs, if I’ve gotten behind on wash loads at home.
- Hoovering.

Occasional tasks:
- Calling utilities for me, as I struggle with the anxiety of phone calls.
- Cooking a simple meal, if I’m too unwell to stand and do this myself (I don’t expect Michelin stars, I’m happy with pesto pasta, haha).
- Taking my dog out into the garden on her lead (which would involve poop scooping..).
- Collecting items from the Vet (Patcham).

I’m a pretty easy going person (aside from the crippling anxiety of autism, haha!) and am absolutely open to discussing different work days, or any questions you may have - so please do get in touch if there’s anything you want to check, or if maybe there’s like one thing that you’re not sure applies to you but the rest sounds great.
