Negotiable hours supporting a football fan

I am looking for a kind and reliable personal care assistant to support me in Brighton. I have cerebral palsy (verbal) and dystonia, and currently live with my parents but with an independent lifestyle. My daily support includes living assistance and all aspects of personal care, mobility support as well as getting out and about, socially.

If you like football, I support Brighton and attend most home and away matches. A UK driving license and confidence in driving an automatic vehicle is therefore highly desirable. However, some flexibility may be offered around weekend sleepover shifts and during 2:1 support where another driver is present, for example. I own a Peugeot Rifter that you may use for car journeys.

Experience in care and support is not essential, as training will be provided. Location: Meadowview, Brighton

Hours available:
Friday daytime (07.00-19.00 - double up shift with additional carer present)
Saturday and Sunday weekend day shifts available (07.00-19.00)
Saturday evening sleepover shift (19.00-07.00, that is 19.00-23.00 paid at the weekend rate + additional £58 capped sleepover rate between 23.00 - 07.00, plus additional pay during waking hours and additional care provided the following morning
*There may be some flexibility around shift patterns

To be paid via direct payments (every 4 weeks)
£12.50 ph during weekday shifts (Mon-Fri)
£13.50 ph weekends (Sat & Sun)
+ 12.07% holiday (PAYE only, via direct payments)
DBS, references and right to work may be required.
