Recovering stroke patient needs care Hove

Music professional (aged 65) recently discharged from hospital following stroke rehabilitation needs assistance two or three times a day with personal care and mobility needs. He has little sensation on his right side so needs help with transfer, toileting and washing making meals. His partner is around most of the time but has to travel occasionally for a project which is requiring requires some nights away and during the day, so a possibility of overnight care as well. We can be pretty flexible.
