Seeking PA for neurodivergent teenager

We are looking for a PA to support our 13 year old (she/they pronouns) for approximately 5 hours a week at weekends and/or after school, funded via direct payments.
K is bright and creative and has a dry sense of humour. They are working towards developing their independence and are keen to have PA support to go out more without needing to be with a parent. K would like to do things other teenagers do, but just needs a bit more support to be able to feel confident to do this as they can struggle with anxiety and sensory overwhelm. K likes going shopping, eating out, swimming and gaming (currently into Minecraft, Star Dew Valley, Animal Crossing etc.) They would like to be more active and have some help to explore what they might enjoy. They are also very creative and love art and music (indie especially). K is currently into manga and anime, particularly Death Note.
K’s identity as being neurodivergent and part of the LGBTQIA community is something they are passionate about and so it would be beneficial for anyone working with them to have some lived experience either themselves or close friends/family. It would also be great if you had some shared interests, or at least the willingness to talk about K’s interests with them. DBS check required and a car-driver would be preferable.
