Support worker for young adult with learning disabilities

About the young person: My daughter, aged 20, who has severe learning disabilities and autism, is a friendly and happy young lady. She loves music, walking in nature, food and trips out in the car. Her main dislikes are when things are too chaotic or noisy, so she requires a support worker who can also remain calm and organised. She will require assistance with all her personal care needs.

Overview of the role: I am looking for a permanent support worker to spend time with my daughter one Saturday and one Sunday per month(4-8 hrs each day). The right candidate will be kind, considerate, compassionate, patient and reliable. This will be an active and fun role where you will be encouraged to arrange activities such as trips out to the park, shops, museums, libraries and more. The focus will be encouraging my daughters independence and promoting life skills. Experience is preferred. Full training will be given to the right candidate.
