Professional woman looking for a PA to help with day-to-day life and getting out and about.

Must be able to get to both Kemptown and Lewes.

Schedule:
- Monday - Saturday:
- Morning Shift: 11:00 AM - 13:00 PM
- Afternoon/Evening Shifts: Flexible 3-5 hour shifts, arranged in advance
- Occasional Sundays

About the Role:
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Personal Assistants to support a professional woman in her 30s living with hEDS, ME, and Autism. This role involves a mix of personal care, household organization, and facilitating outdoor activities.

Responsibilities:
- Morning Shifts:
- Cleaning and housekeeping
- Personal care assistance, including maintaining personal hygiene and dressing
- Preparing breakfast/ lunch
- Afternoon/Evening Shifts:
- Assisting with food prep
- Providing support for outings and activities, including accessing community facilities and services
- Attending medical appointments
- Facilitating social engagements and hobbies, including maintaining important relationships
- Helping with dog walks and outdoor activities

Requirements:
- Driver's License: Preferred, with a car available for use on the job
- Mobility Assistance: Comfortable with pushing a manual wheelchair
- Personality: Sociable and enjoys outdoor activities, including spending time with a small dog

Key Duties Include:
- Managing and maintaining nutrition
- Maintaining a habitable home environment
- Supporting the client in making use of necessary facilities and services in the community
- Helping to maintain important personal relationships

Ideal Candidate:
You should be organized, empathetic, and flexible to adapt to a variety of weekly plans. A love for nature, social activities, and a proactive approach to expanding the client’s life outside the home is essential.
