Weekend PA support required for 15 year old boy. £16.20ph

I am looking for a friendly, reliable Personal Assistant to support my teenage son, Alfie, who has additional needs.

Alfie is an energetic and affectionate young person who enjoys walks, bus rides, lunch out, trips to the park and simple community activities. The role involves supporting him either alongside me or his mum, and at times independently in the community or at home.

We are looking for support on Saturdays and/or Sundays for 4–6 hours per day. Days and times are fairly flexible and can be agreed a couple of months in advance to fit around other respite arrangements.

Alfie can sometimes become loud or overly enthusiastic when excited. He benefits from someone calm, confident and patient who can gently guide him and help him stay regulated while out and about.

This role would suit someone who is:
Calm and emotionally steady
Physically fit and active
Confident in the community
Experienced with children or young people with additional needs

Enhanced DBS required (or willingness to obtain one).
£16.20 per hour + expenses.
Brighton-based.
