37 y/o AuDHD Woman in Brighton Looking for PA

I am looking for a PA to whom I can delegate all my housework, who would work 4-5 weekdays a week (so not weekends) spreading 10 hours of work over that time in 2-3 hour sessions, I am unsure how flexible I am regarding start time - I am aware many applicants will have other commitments, but would rather my PA was consistently at work at the same times we've agreed on week to week - my current PA starts at 11am for most of their sessions with me to give some idea, am happy to discuss this at the interview.
I have ADHD, Autism and have some difficulties managing my mental health - I have depression, anxiety, OCD, and am also Type 2 diabetic. I really struggle with focusing, completing tasks and transitioning between tasks. I also sometimes need help with important phone calls, filling in forms and making and attending appointments. I often like to walk around outside near my flat or occasionally go into Brighton town centre, and sometimes like my PA to accompany me on these trips.

I am looking for someone that can be supportive and friendly with me, but who I don’t have to micromanage, and who can independently complete tasks, even when I don’t feel up to giving instructions or getting involved.

I am a 37 year old woman who enjoys doing a wide range of creative activities (such as crochet, drawing, painting, collage), I also love anime and a range of other animation and enjoy reading (though less often than I wish I did!) manga and other comics and novels, I also enjoy mythology and fairytales, I love beautifully illustrated books in particular and a mix of modern and older media, I like video games as well. I dress vibrantly and distinctively (I’m hard to miss!) and I’m ambiverted - I am very sociable one-on-one and known and liked near my home by many people whom I chat to when I go out to food shop or get some air, and I have a number of very good close friends and a lovely boyfriend, but I struggle with bigger social gatherings, particularly if I do not have a safe person who I know well and trust there with me.
