Additional PA for 19 year old male with autism in Hove, 4-5 hrs per week.

My son is 19, has autism and other related and non related needs. He’s has increased hours and we’d like a male preferably with some shared interests, as his older brother is living 4 hours away and he misses that connection.

His current PA, who will remain with us, takes him to nature reserves, museums, rock pooling in summer, outdoorsy stuff. And usually for a bite to eat. Sometimes a dog walk (we have two miniature labradoodles).

He loves to talk about animals, wildlife, history, geography, 20th century wars, politics, also playing computer games, Lego, and has a lot of music knowledge. He is a great electronic music producer too.

We’d like someone to help encourage and support him get out and about more independently, and enable more awareness of what’s available to him, as he becomes an adult. Eg, fitness, gigs, clubs which may support his hobbies and interests.

Someone who’d be a good companion for him, with a view to add in some useful life skills would be great.
The hours would be ad hoc initially, 4 or 5 per week.
