cleaning role and PA role – up to 6.5 hours £15/hour and one adhoc role at £18

for the 6.5 hours - I would like Monday mid morning to afternoons, Wednesday mid morning to afternoon and Friday
the PMDD support would be arranged once a month to be 5 hours that specific week - due to perimenopause - its slightly different but I estimate it every month

Role 1: 2.5 hours a week cleaning RATE: £15
To include: laundry, changing bed, hoover, bathroom etc.

Role 2: 4 hours per week: for a Neurodivergent PA
RATE: £15
Role to cover daily living and errands, social contact, body doubling etc.

I am in autistic burnout - for the next 3 months the priority is
food shopping - managing groceries and meal prepping - I have 2 medical diets - keto and temporarily low histamine - whilst I trial HRT
Medication prompts and reminders- can be collecting prescriptions and putting into boxes - managing repeat medications

I stay overnight with family so help prepping bag - the location will change once a month to a family location - but will always be in central Brighton or I will pay bus fare

Role 3: PMDD co-regulation support- 1x month
RATE: £18 per hour at approx 5 hours over one week. Possibly 2.5 hours x 2.
This would slightly vary month to month - but be for 1 week a month

I'm looking for a calm sensitive person for this role, to support with social contact, co-regulation, daily tasks or it could be watching a film, reassurance and general support. My memory is much worse that week - so checking I'm on track with medical diet and daily testing - helping me pack and unpack bag and groceries to stay with family

Roles could possibly be combined for the right person.
