Cooking and baking

Do you enjoy cooking and baking nutritionally dense food?

I'm looking for someone to prep food for us (my 1 year old and I) for 4 hours a week. This should ideal comprise prep for main dish, lunchtime dish that can be packed for when we're out and a snack.

We can provide recipes but need the food to be dairy, soy and meat free as well as low salt. We love fibre in fruit and veg but too many wholegrains and raw food can make me unwell. We need it to be nutritionally dense for both my growing child and myself as my body can struggle to absorb nutrients. As I said, happy to provide recipes, but the ideal candidate would be confident cooking and adapting recipes, enjoy a challenge and love adding flavour.

I love cooking too although rarely get the time, so we might work alongside one another at times.

Occasionally you may need to pick up some shopping in advance although where possible we'll agree the recipes a week in advance and I'll do what I can to ensure the ingredients are ready.
