About Me:
I’m 25 years old and I live in Brighton and Hove - based in portslade- in the process of moving. I have Autism and ADHD and mental health conditions (complex PTSD, Dissociative disorder, unspecified psychosis and ARFID - it's a hell of a list I know ). I enjoy a range of sports like horse riding and cricket, I have just started going to a private PT to get back into sports as I have just been discharged from hospital so finding my ground. I am a qualified nurse.

Main Duties that I would like help with :
 Domestic work: to prompt, encourage and support me to look after my home
 Attending appointments
 Support and encourage me with meal preparation and provide some social contact
when I’m eating
 Support me to engage with hobbies, classes and community to build my confidence
 Prompting me with personal care
 Support with paperwork and administration

Desired PA:
I need someone who is open minded and patient. A p/a who is able to prompt and encourage me to do things together but also support me when I am feeling unable to. An understanding of neurodiversity would be appreciated.
