Ex-psychology lecturer seeks PA for admin support and companionship

Am writing this on behalf of a family member.
He is a 70-year old ex-psychology lecturer who lives by himself and struggles with anxiety and depression. He needs support with admin tasks at home such as checking his emails, paying bills, ensuring he remembers medical and other appointments. He also very much wants companionship - having a chat, maybe playing a game of chess, maybe a walk.
