PA for 25 year old female with mental health difficulties and autism

I am an outdoor loving young woman looking for a PA to go out and about with. I need support to get out into the community, maybe to the beach or to a cafe for a drink. I like to go for a drive and I prefer not to go on public transport, so my PA would need to have their own car and relevant fuel expenses would be paid by me.

I live with my mum and my 20 year old sister who care for me. I find it hard to make eye contact and I often listen to music on my headphones - this helps me feel calm. I have spent a lot of time in psychiatric units since I was 14. In June this year I was discharged from psychiatric hospital after 2.5 years in different units. I need help adjusting to life outside hospital and learning / developing life skills.

A PA can help me by supporting me to get out and about and to remember to eat and drink and keep myself well. They will also take the place of my mum and sister so they can do their work / study knowing that I am being looked after. A PA will need to communicate with my Mum regularly to keep up to date on my needs. They will not speak with professionals on my behalf unless expressly asked to do so.
At the moment I am still adjusting to life at home rather than in a psychiatric unit. I am supported by the Community Rehab Team by a consultant psychiatrist and nurses / support workers. I would like to do a weekly yoga class and a PA could accompany me to this. I am thinking about doing a course at the Recovery College in the future too. Sometimes I will need someone to take me to appointments.
