PA needed for chronically ill 31 year old woman near Regency Square

Tasha is a kind and intelligent young woman who enjoys many hobbies when she can, such as video games, watching TV, crochet and colouring. She has moderate M.E and POTS which have been significantly worsened since catching COVID in 2024.

We are looking for someone who is gentle, calm and compassionate with good communication skills and willingness to learn about Tasha’s conditions. Good organisational skills and ability to take some initiative are a benefit. Some understanding of neurodivergence is appreciated, as Tasha also has ADHD. Must be willing to take COVID precautions.

Personal Care
Limited personal care, fetching clothes and occasionally helping to dress, running baths and keeping an eye out when she gets in/out (no lifting required), rarely may need help washing hair. Changing sheets.

Light Domestic Tasks
Washing, cleaning, household maintenance, watering houseplants and generally keeping things tidy.

Cooking
Preparing lunch and snacks sometimes, no actual cooking required. Providing drinks.

Administration and Organisation
Helping to deal with appointments and personal or medical admin, including replying to emails. Helping organise medication and occasionally collecting from pharmacy very close by. Helping her to organise her small flat so she can thrive when by herself.

Genders which may apply for this job – Female

Hours per week – 7 hours a week, flexibility preferred and offered re days and times. Mostly middle of the day, 2 or 3 visits a week. No early morning or late evening.

Hourly rate – £15 per hour
