PA needed for Monday and alternate Saturday mornings

Political campaigner/activist who helped to set up DAN (Disabled People's Direct Action Network) in the 90's. We won accessible transport and anti-discrimination legislation. I worked professionally as a freelance trainer & & arts/culture consultant. Now I read a lot and try to write. I like theatre, exhibitions, museums. Lived in London my home city for many years. Been in Brighton for 3 years to see my grandkids grow up. I need a PA for help with 'light touch' personal care, shopping & household tasks
