PA needed for mornings in Hove

I'm a woman in my 60's just moved to Hove from London. I've spent my life as a campaigner and activist, and helped set up the Disabled People's Direct Action Network (DAN). I enjoy theatre, cinema and cultural activities. I worked as a trainer and consultant in the arts, but also taught communication and assertiveness skills and have experience in mental health and Disability Equality training.

I need a PA who can work Thursday, Friday and Saturday in the mornings, 9-12, these hours can be flexible.

I need help with personal care such as showers and dressing and other support tasks.
