PA Providing up to 48hrs of Personal Care to a Wheelchair bound Man and his pug in Woodingdean

I am 42yrs old, profoundly disabled man. As well as being completely physically disabled, blind, poor hearing and have problems with speech. I therefore need my carer to help me with these aspects of life. I suffer from Friedreich's Ataxia.
