Personal and Household Support – Looking for a Reliable Support Person

I am looking for someone to provide practical day-to-day support across a range of administrative, household and wellbeing-related tasks.

The role involves helping me stay organised, maintain my home and garden, manage everyday errands, and support my health and wellbeing.
The support required includes helping to manage appointments and providing timely reminders, as well as accompanying me to social events when needed.

There are also a range of household tasks, including grocery shopping, cleaning and tidying, moving household items and other manual handling. Support with ongoing property maintenance and gardening will also be required.

As part of the role, I need regular check-ins around my health and wellbeing, including timely medication reminders and assistance with the collection and coordination of prescriptions. I also need support with maintaining a healthy and balanced diet, including checking in to make sure I am eating regularly and well.

The role would suit someone who is organised, reliable and confident carrying out practical tasks independently, while also being comfortable providing day-to-day support, both in person and virtually.

Essential requirements:

- Only self employed PA's
- A full, valid driving licence
- Access to a suitable car for carrying out the role
- A current DBS certificate – please provide your most recent DBS certificate with your application
- Good organisational and practical skills
- Ability to carry out household tasks, errands and manual handling safely
- Reliability and consistency in providing agreed support
- Ability to respect confidentiality, personal boundaries and privacy
