Relaxed queer creative looking for PA 6hrs/week

Hi, I’m looking for a self-employed cleaner/PA to support me in living independently. I'd like to find a few people so that I always have support in case of cancellations or emergencies.

About me:
I am 32yr old, non-binary, neurodivergent, living with moderate-severe ME/CFS type long-COVID which severely limits my mobility and energy. I've recently moved to Brighton into my own flat. I enjoy books, movies, art&crafts, and vegan cooking.

Support required:
A mix of cleaning and household tasks, with occasional errands and admin. I'd like to find someone who will get to know me and my condition, and then can take the initiative and talk with me to decide what needs doing each week. I also have an impossibly long to-do list of admin to set up my new home, and I'm looking for support working through this.

Regular tasks:
- Cleaning
- Housework including tidying up, bins, laundry, washing dishes
- Simple vegan food prep/cooking
- Admin support (researching products+services, making calls & emails on my behalf)

Occasional tasks:
- Unpacking/moving boxes and furniture
- Help with simple DIY (building flatpack furniture, hanging things on walls)
- Errands outside the house (shopping, post office, pharmacy)
- supporting me on outings in a wheelchair (possible, I haven’t purchased a chair yet)

Key requirements:
Must be self-employed
Must have experience of cleaning/PA support (paid or unpaid)
Must follow infection control measures in the home, including wearing a provided face mask.
Must be able to move moderately heavy boxes & furniture, and use ladders.

Preferable:
Cooking experience
Understanding of ME/CFS, energy-limiting conditions, and pacing
Experience with queer and neurodivergent identities

Hours per week – 2hrs x 3 days (6hrs/week total). Hours could be split between multiple people. Days and timings flexible to suit your schedule. Hours may increase or decrease as I learn how much support I need.

Hourly rate – Please advise your own rates. It will be at least minimum wage of £12.71 per hour
